Angela Odorfer

Angela leads imediagroup’s media, marketing and business development teams to deliver dynamic, creative and highly effective media strategies.

Prior to her acquisition of Ultra Media, she was vice president/executive director of the company, where she directed operations and led the media sales and marketing efforts for cross-platform digital, TV, radio and out-of-home media. She formed strategic partnerships with various types of online and other media-related entities that include digital networks, website publishers, application developers, broadcast companies and email marketers.

Ted Odorfer

Ted leads the operations of imediagroup’s finance team, developing strategic operations plans aligned with the company’s mission, vision and objectives. These include sustainable practices while balancing fiscal constraints.

Before joining imediagroup, Ted managed the multi-unit, multi-million dollar higher education accounts of Aramark, and he led all retail university operations, including for Starbucks and Subway. He supervised the management team in areas including sales, catering and retail operations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and achievement of financial goals.


Dr. Diana C. Gingo

As imediagroup’s VP of Operations, Diana oversees company operations to support growth and profitable business performance.

Working with imediagroup’s marketing, finance, media, and sales development teams, Diana focuses on strategic planning, goal setting, and the implementation of standards and practices for imediagroup.
